  • Friday 5 April, 6pmEvo School…Let's learn about extra virgin olive oil:

Thanks to the expert knowledge of Marco Cusinato, president of the Olivicoltori Sestresi cooperative, qualified taster registered with the OAL, we will learn to taste extra virgin olive oil, to recognize its strengths and weaknesses, to be more aware and prepared for purchases and for what it is offered on restaurant tables. Price per person €10.00 (reservation required).

  • Saturday 13 April, 10:00 am  Ancient crafts…The processing of cheese and ricotta:

Ivana, from the Liggia du Maré farm, will reveal to us all the secrets of cheese and ricotta processing. During the waiting times, together with Marco, we will prepare the puff pastries using the ricotta previously produced by Ivana. Price per person €10.00 (reservation required).

  • Monday 22 April, 6pm Let's cook together... let's prepare pansotto and gattafin:

Natalia Mazzoli, expert cook at Agriturismo Il Castagneto, will teach us how to prepare two traditional Ligurian dishes, Pansotto and Gattafin. Price per person €30.00 (reservation required).
